You can add information to the Archivador directly from the types. I recommend using the top view for this. Click the New button to get started.

This will open the page with the type already assigned, but now we need to choose the view we want. We will select the view list. Click on it. (If we want to avoid losing the logo, right after clicking on View: List, press Control + Z once).

By clicking on the template, it will load two views. The top view will be properly configured and will always work with just one click. However, the hierarchical view of children requires one more step.

The top view provides an "All" visualization of the unarchived children, a "Focus" view for records marked as focus, a "Pending" view for those marked as pending, and the last view is for the archived items. The bottom view provides a hierarchical tree of all unarchived children of this page, and the view to its right shows the archived items.

First, copy the ID of the page, in this case, 35d50548833743b9b10ec11b8cdc83fd, and paste this ID into the filter for children and their archivador. Then, click save for all. Do the same in the archived view to the right of the children view.

And that's it! With this, we can reuse the hierarchical views within the Archivador. If you want to add a new type, I recommend visiting the page ¿How to create a type?
